Public Notice - Closure of Torres Shire Council Horn Island Airport Kiosk

Torres Shire Council wishes to inform the community that the Horn Island Airport Kiosk will be closed as of Wednesday, 5th February 2025, at 12:00 PM until Sunday 9th February 2025.

We appreciate the support of our valued customers over the past few months and thank you for your patience and support during Council’s operation of the business. We are pleased to advise that the lessees, KRT Airport Kiosk, will be resuming operation of the kiosk going forward from this weekend.

We acknowledge the impact this closure may have on travellers and the community at this time, however it is necessary in order to undergo a stocktake, remove certain stock items, and clean the premises in readiness for the handover this weekend.
